What happens to what you tell us.
Written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Focus Hub s.r.o., Klačno 2211/39, 034 01 Ružomberok, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 56533128. FH Studio is the studio brand under which this company works.

What we collect, and only when you send it
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics and no tracking pixels. Browsing it leaves nothing behind with us. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site up.
If you fill in the brief, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, your company name, team size, budget and timeline, an optional website and Instagram handle, and the description of the problem you wrote in your own words.
When it is sent
One moment, one button. Nothing leaves your browser until you press Send it to the studio. Until then, we have no way to contact you and no copy of anything you typed.
Why we process it, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and prepare a possible offer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) in responding to business enquiries.
To contact you later with ideas relevant to your business, but only if you ticked the consent box. That is Article 6(1)(a), consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It reaches these processors because the site needs them to work: Vercel Inc. hosts the site and runs the form endpoint, Resend delivers the resulting email to our inbox, and Google (Workspace) hosts the mailbox that receives it.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and where applicable the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Your submission arrives as an email in our inbox. We do not copy it into a database or a CRM.
If we do not end up working together, we delete the correspondence within 24 months. If you gave consent for future contact, we keep your name and email until you withdraw it. If we do work together, the usual accounting and contractual retention periods apply, which in Slovakia is up to 10 years for invoicing records.
What you can ask us to do
You have the right to access what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Write to info@focus-hub.com and we will answer within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk).
Automated decisions
There are none. Your brief is read by a person, and every decision about working together is made by a person.
